2002 - The Idea
In 2002, Tyler started the nut of what would be later develop into Westpro Flooring. As a hands on installer, Tyler started at the bottom – literally, on his knees – installing hard surface flooring from small renovations to custom homes. Being a detailed oriented installer, Tyler was highly sought out and grew his business solely on referrals.
2010 - The Start
In 2010, Westpro Flooring was born. It was evident to Tyler that a larger and more diverse installer base was the next step of growth. Working out of a small home-based office, Tyler developed relationships with several large home improvement retailers and created an installation service program serving areas across Western Canada.
2012 - The Move
With further development required additional office space. Westpro Flooring moved to a larger office in Langley at 203rd and 64th, where all operations across Western Canada were run. Although, Tyler hadn’t been “working the tools” for several years now, he saw the need to be able to offer the full package that included both products and installs.
2016 - Design Centre Opens
In 2016, Westpro Flooring moved a block down the street to 6360 – 202nd Street and opened a beautiful new showroom. With thousands of samples to select from, customers are welcomed and encouraged to come by and we can help with the project of your dreams!
